Do Join Us

Are you local? A keen singer? Free on Monday evenings?

Come and join us!

GMCS is a friendly choir of around seventy keen amateur choral singers. We rehearse on Monday evenings in the Autumn and Spring terms for concerts in December and April.

Our repertoire includes a wide range of classic and contemporary choral works. Our Christmas concert this year will include Britten’s A Ceremony of Carols and Rossini’s Petite Messe Solennelle.

Please do come and listen in at one of our rehearsals on Mondays at 7.45pm in the Oldham Hall, Church Street, Great Missenden. If you wish, you can phone Suzanne Bryden (01494 718521) beforehand or any of the others on the Contact Us page. We welcome singers of all ages and we do have some bursaries available for young singers between the ages of 16 and 25, to cover their membership fees.

You can find more information about the choir, its history and opportunities to join us as a singer or a Friend, elsewhere on our website.
